Procedure:
• ICPO : After receiving the FSO from the seller, the buyer releases the ICPO to the seller.
• Contract: The seller sends the draft contract to the buyer for review, and all terms and conditions are agreed upon, then the contract is signed by both parties.
• Draft of bank credit: The seller will send the required LC form Draft of CONFIRMED MT700 AT SIGHT for confirmation and approval by both parties.
• Warehouse Preview: First of all with regard to viewing steel and documents, a credit MT705 (free of charge, need Commercial number from seller) must be opened for viewing, and send it by swift from the customer’s bank (the buyer) to our bank (the seller), in order to ensure that you
trust us as a seller and our trust in you as a buyer. After that, an appointment will be made for your field visit within 48 hours and reviewing documents .
• Payment: 100% LC CONFIRMED MT700 AT SIGHT , irrevocable and non-transferable, or 20% LC MT700 Revolving with condition of guarantee buyer bank to take all quantity
MT 103 , T/T after inspection .
• Performance Bond: The seller is obliged to perform a good penalty clause of 2% of the total value in case of non-conformity with the specifications and conditions.
• Inspection: can be done by SGS or any equivalent.
• Documents and Certificates: The seller is obligated to provide all necessary papers , Documents , for each shipment according to the buyer need as in contract
• Credibility and guarantee:
All transactions from bank to bank, the bank is the guarantor of the existence of the goods and the implementation of the penalty clause
